The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to travel around Bangkok, although the check-in process was a bit delayed upon my arrival. The rooms are spacious and clean, with nice bathrooms, and the pool area is well-maintained. The service was friendly and helpful, matching the renowned Thai hospitality.

The hotel has a large half bathroom in addition to the full bathroom near the entrance off the bedroom. Despite some tired stains on chairs and carpets, the room doesn't offer any interesting views. However, the hospitality shines through from check-in to check-out, with professional and friendly service and excellent facilities for a satisfying stay.

The hotel room I was assigned, including the Crest Suite, was nice and quiet as I had requested for rest from cancer treatments. However, I did not agree with the hotel taking the money from my account before my stay.

The hotel's location is fabulous, just a minute from Hwai Kwang MRT, offering easy access to night markets and shopping malls, although the area lacks options for post-dinner drinks. The rooms are grand, equipped with a sound system, stage, and projectors, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation. The dining experience is exceptional, providing a mix of local, Chinese, and western cuisines, perfect for exploring Asian food culture. The service shines with incredibly polite and helpful staff members, making every interaction pleasant and efficient.

The hotel offers modern, spacious rooms that provided a tranquil environment for my much-needed rest during cancer treatments. While the rooms lack ambiance and show signs of wear, the service exceeded my expectations with a friendly and customer-oriented approach. The location, just steps away from the MRT station, was incredibly convenient, but the dining options need improvement to match the Asian and Western food culture blend. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for enhancement.
